The company has a cheek for charging £1 postage cost a free sample which I never received and the owner is no help at all

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your sample, I have checked and it was posted out on 6th May. We will, of course, send another one to you today. We will also refund the £1 postage you have paid. As you know, the £1 charge was introduced due to our offer being hijacked by some of the freebie sites, and being overwhelmed by enquiries for samples from those who had no interest in, or intention to buy our products. Those with a genuine interest have no issue paying a contribution towards postage…..we do refund it on any order placed using the 20% discount code we supply with the sample.
On a personal note, I can assure you we care very much about customer service, as a small business we have to take every (albeit very, very few) complaint seriously and do our utmost to get a satisfactory resolution. Ian Merry
